Only fill in Day and Monthly only for a Date

I would like to set the section of filling in birthday date; but to set mandatory for 'day' and 'month' only, while 'year' is not compulsory.

How can we set up that?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a date field in form for users to input their birthday without a year.

I would suggest you to please add two dropdown fields in form where in one, you can list the days of month and then in the second one, you can list the months.
