We are not able to view the attachments online for scholarship applications, after change in username.

Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please go to your account's settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and untick Require log-in to view uploaded files?

I did, but still I am not able to view the attachments.

Hello,
Are you trying to access it from the Notification email you are receiving?
If so, do you get a page saying something along the lines of "page not found"?
Also, is this only happening with new submissions, or with the ones prior to your username change?
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue with us so we can investigate further?
