    Unwanted emtpy space left of form.

    Asked by kevinschoenmakers on June 03, 2011 at 10:03 PM

    I have a form on my website here: http://home.planet.nl/~lever170/ml/ml.html

    It is supposed to sit right next to the vertical line, which it did when I first created the form, but since then this empty space as appeared without me touching the form in any way.

    I think the problem is that jotform forces me to put questions there, and will still keep the space assigned to questions even if you don't want any.

    Hi Kevin

    Try the following and let us know if it helps:

    1. Load the form in the builder/editor

    2. Right-click the email field and click "Expand" in the contextual menu:

    3. Click the Submit field and then click "Button Align" in the toolbar and click "Left":

    4. From the "Setup & Embed" tab, click "Preferences" in the toolbar

    5. Click the "Form Styles" tab and enter the following CSS into the "Inject Custom CSS" section:

    #label_1, #label_3 {
    display:none;
    }

    5. Save the updated form and while on the the "Setup & Embed" tab click "Embed Form", then the "Source" button and copy the code provided by the wizard

    6. In the source of your page, replace the present embedded form with the new one.

    Please let us know if this solutions meets your requirements and if there is anything else related to our forms with which you need assistance. Our team would be glad to help.
