Hello, I am working on website that requires a 9 page employment application to be filled out. The company wants the form filled out online and emailed to someone in company.
I already have the form converted to a fillable PDF doc.
I followed someones post about using the Direct Iframe.
I can see the form on my website, I can fill it out. When I click submit, I get an email but non of the forms info is in the email. Im sure I have done something wronmg/not linked something just cant see where.

I'm afraid that it is not possible to have the content of your pdf form fields on your email notification, JotForm are based on html forms and uses the field labels in order to identify and submit the content of the fields. JotForm will not recognize the content of a fillable pdf form.
You will need to recreate your fillable pdf form using our form builder, in order to have the form data saved and emailed once the user clicks on submit button.
After taking a look at your pdf form I can confirm that it is possible to create a JotForm version.
Please check this guides about creating a form with the form builder:
Hope it helps

Just an update that you can now import a fillable PDF form to Jotform.
Choose "PDF Only" after clicking Import Forms button:
Once your forms are ready, we'll send you an email about it.
On the other hand, we are very pleased to inform you that we have just released a Fillable PDF Form Creator. You can now export your forms into a fillable PDF form and use it offline. You can save the pdf locally or submit it on the PDF by clicking the submit button. It works similarly when you submit your web form.
Thank you and we welcome your suggestions, comments and feedbacks.
