I just used the app to populate all the submissions for my form on a Google Spreadsheet. However, the date is coming out as day/month/year. I've tried to reformat this on the Google Spreadsheet to reflect the format of month/day/year but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Thanks for contacting us.
Is this the form you are talking about https://www.jotform.com/33075478854162? I found that you have the correct date format (mmddyyyy) in the form:
I cloned your form and built the integration, then sent a submission and the google spreadsheet does not recognize that format as a date:
Is that the way you are getting this error? or does the google calendar pop-up when you click on the date? If you get the error in the same way I do, that requires us to forward this issue to our next level support.
So, please let us know so tha we can forward this issue to our next level support.

Thanks for the response. Yes, that is the form I was talking about. However, the only thing I have a problem with is the Submission date for the first column in the Google Spreadsheet. If I submit something on my form today, it comes out as 5/11/2013. Any way to fix that? Thank you!

I am able to reproduce the problem. This might be due to the changed made on the mentioned integration. I am not sure if the date format is possible on the integration though but I will have to forward this to our developers for further investigation.
As a workaround and while waiting for a solution, please use a calendar field (date/time) field for now in order to get the desired date format on every submissions.
