I can't see the signature of the respondent in my email

    I am trying to create a consent form but when I receive a submitted form I cannot see the signature as an image. It appears as an image icon.

    It is important that I can see the respondents' signature as this is a consent form.

    What do you suggest?

    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    Kindly go to your Account Setting, and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files on the Privacy options.
