URGENT file upload NOT WORKING!

    You need to escalate this to your DEVELOPERS immediately.

    Many people are reporting this over the last several weeks and days and it's still an issue!!!

    It goes unresolved because although your support is responsive, their main concern is moving tickets through their queue, so rather than reply with a templated response like, "I've tried and I'm unable to recreate the issue" "Everything working fine on my end" - how is this helpful? How is that providing support? - YOU NEED TO BE REPORTING INTERNALLY UP THE CHAIN to someone who can actually remedy the issue.
