Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    Hello, ever since I changed my account to a HIPAA compliant account, I am unable to edit any of my forms. Every time I try to edit a form I receive the following error.

    Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume between our front-end and back-end servers, and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    My company is very excited to begin using Jotform to assist us in COVID Vaccination registration & pre-screening so any assistance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a temporary issue with the server and it has already been fixed by our backend team. The forms should be loading normally now. Please check and let us know if you notice any further issues. We will be happy to take a look again.
