Question about items showing ordered but were not

    Good morning, We use jotform and have run into a few issues lately.

    We had an order print with a "pepperoni loaf" showing ordered. When we reprinted the order, the pepperoni was no longer on the order. It should not have been there as the customer did not actually order it. So the question is WHY did it show an extra item? What would cause this to happen? If we did not reprint, we would have never caught the error.

    We also have experienced orders coming through email multiple times. It is the same order being sent in 3 emails at different times and days, making it appear the customer is ordering multiple times.

    I am not sure if you have dealt with this before. Is there away to avoid these errors?

    I cloned and tested the form test and I was not able to replicate it.

    Can you please share with us the Submission ID# of the submission that had the issue so can try to replicate it?
