    My form has several questions that are marked mandatory.  When client submits form and they missed some of the required questions, they are taken to a page that says:Incomplete Values, There are incomplete fields in your submission:

    When you click the "go back" supplied, they are taken back to the original survey page and their original info is missing.

    Is there something I have misssed in the form set up ?

    Thanks

    Wayne

    Thanks for contacting us Wayne.

    I checked your form in the URL provided trying to replicate the issue you mentioned, however, I found one more problem. The Form Collapses don't open when clicking on them and I don't think they are supposed to work in that way as I tested the standalone version and it works perfect:

    So, I think that it is related to the cause of the original issue, the one you describe above. It could be that your form script is getting in conflict with your webpage script and the best solution for that kind of issue is to re-embed your form to your webpage using the iFrame code of your form. Please use the next guide to know how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iFrame code

    Please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the quick response. I had a client tell me they were not
    opening correctly, but when I would go to the form it worked.
    My ifram code is below, and its not on the site, but is cut off.
    What do I do in the code to adjust so it shows correctly?
    allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30164609226147"
    frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:11229px; border:none;"
    scrolling="no">

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Wayne,

    Your Website Information section is a pretty long which requires a lengthy iframe height. Note that iframe height is fixed, it won't automatically changed when the form length becomes shorter. This is different when you are embedding your form as the default script.

    So to prevent cut off, you have to get the total height of the form and define it as the iframe height. I have set it for you, you can re-embed your form using this iframe embed code. Iframe height is 8587px, as you can see below.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" style="width: 120%; height: 8587px; border: none;" src="//form.jotform.us/form/30164609226147" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto"></iframe>

    Hope this helps. Do get back to us if you have further questions. Thanks!
