How to find IP address of submitter?

We have a webform that when submitted it sends a ticket to our customer ticketing program. What I am wondering is if there is a way to have the form collect the system name of the computer where the form is being submitted and IP address to the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response Amjad_A. I found an article that explained that portion but as best I can tell that only gives the WAN IP of the network the computer is on and I am looking for the IP of the local box/computer (192.168.2.X for example). Same for the box/computer name.

The IP address is captured for each submission by default and can be displayed in your submissions. Unfortunately, there is no option to find the user's computer's name or IP at the moment.
