How do I disabled my HIPAA compliance?

Can you send instructions of how to disable HIPAA? I need to change my username.

Hi Erin,

You can disable HIPAA Compliance on the Data page.

However, considering that you have a PayPal monthly subscription, your account would also have to be downgraded to the Free plan before the username can be changed. So, you will need to cancel your PayPal subscription after you disable HIPAA. You can let us know after the subscription is canceled and we will refund it. You can then change the username, and re-upgrade.

I refunded your payment and downgraded the account to the Free plan. You can expect a refund within 3-7 business days. You can now change your account username and then re-upgrade the account.
