Microsoft 365 SMTP Error

    I am trying to add an email to Jotform as a Send From address. I configure the settings and I continually get an error. I am not sure what is failing, can you help? I have previously added an email address and it's working, but I am not sure what is wrong with this. I have added Jotform to our Hosted Exchange connection rules. We are receiving emails as well. I have read the forums and cannot seem to get past this one.

    Kindly check the SMTP settings with your email service provider again to make sure that they are correct. You can also ask your Email service provide to whitelist our IPs and domains using the guide below.
