HIPAA and BAA Agreement

    I see a notification on our account for us to sign the HIPAA compliance and another department from our organization told me to reach out and also ask for the BAA agreement. Can we get a copy of the agreement along with any other information we need for HIPAA? I would like to get the all documents/information so I can touch base with higher up at my work to make sure we keep our account updated correctly.

    The signed BAA will be emailed to you once you have filled the agreement form.-
