Table submissions disappeared

Hello,

any ideas why some submissions have disappeared? as you can see only 4 entries listed out of 12 - they were all displayed earlier fine until i refreshed the page.

Thank you for reaching out.

The reason behind this behavior is because of the filter in Amendment Required. If the field is empty, it will be hidden.

Removing this filter will make all the submissions appear again.
