cant find my form

my form that i previously messaged about has disappeared from here. which I was informed was fixed. now I cannot find it. and do not have the code to send back to you .

I have reviewed the account under your username McNally_Darci and it seems that this account does not have any active forms. There are also no forms in the Trash or Archive folders, and there seems to be no history of any created forms on this account. There are also zero other support tickets created on this account.

Do you perhaps have a different account that you have used to create forms? If so, then you will need to access that account to see your forms.

Also, do you happen to have the URL to the form in question? If you do, then we can certainly use the URL to track the account that owns it.

You can also feel free to share any other email addresses or usernames that you may have used for other accounts and we can search for them in our system. Or you can share a link to previous support tickets as well and we can track the account that way.
