I am not able to see contact form on my website

    I have embedded jotform code on my website. But I am not able to see the contact us form on my website

    I checked the website you shared and I can see the embedded form.

    Please keep in mind that there's no JotForm embedded in the website. You're using WordPress forms.

    This is not jotform but wp basic form which does not give me email data.
