Account Suspended: unable to login

    Hi I can't login or reset my password. Someone tried to fill out one of my forms and it said it was disabled. Can you please help me. Whenever I login it just returns me back to the login screen.

    Greetings Allyson,

    Your account was auto suspended due to the form Credit Card Authorization Form: 210317288221044, which is collecting credit card details using form fields. Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card information on regular forms (i.e., directly using plain for fields).

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do that. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform to integrate them into your forms:

    You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization." To learn more, kindly follow this guide below:

    To lift the suspension in your account, we would have to delete the guilty fields.

    As there are no submissions yet in your form, I have removed the guilty fields and lifted the suspension in your account.
