saved form came over blank

    Continuation from a previous support ticket - Is there a number I can call someone at? We are still having issues where saved forms are coming over blank once they are clicked on in the email that is received. I have reported it twice and you guys arent able to recreate. I would love to just talk to someone and try to problem solve this. It is becoming a HUGE issue for us.

    The users are- filling out a form, hitting save and sending to themselves to finish later. Then when they go to fill out the form again, for a previous client it says discard draft or start a new form. They are selecting start a new form, as I was previously instructed through a support person. If they select continue, it pulls up the old form which is not their intention. Is it somehow clearing out their previous form? Sometimes they check that it came over filled. It is. ANd then randomly when they go back... its empty.

    Could you please disable the "Allow Browser Autocomplete" option in the form settings and see if the issue persists while saving the form?

    This option is used to save the data in the browser so that when the user uses the same browser it auto-populates the previous values.

    Due to this option, the saved values could be replaced.
