The quick summary of the table is not displaying all items

    Hi,

I am trying to build a custom report based off the results of surveys I sent out. The issue is that I asked the conference attendees to rate the following categories:

General organization and flow of session
    Amount of information presented
    Timeliness & Relevance of content
Expertise and level of knowledge of presenter(s)
How well the presentation met my expectations
    Overall evaluation of session

But I try to summarize this as a chart, it only shows responses to 4 of the 6 questions I asked. See attached documentation.

Ideally I am trying to create PDF that includes a chart summarizing the responses for each presentation.

Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen.

I would suggest creating a full report of the form.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/1008-how-to-create-automated-reports-in-jotform-tables

I have it on your form tables.

Now, the table still won't fit on a single page, so I would suggest creating two pages for the field and filter the data to display 2 to 4 items only, see below:

    I hope that helps.

Please let us know if you require additional assistance.

I still need help here. Under the “Input Table Rows” I don’t have the option to select the top 2. When I run the report, all the items are selected, but when I deselect any box, the top two boxes automatically deselect and it wont allow me to reselect them. Is there a number I can call someone? This is relatively difficult explaining in an email.

    Thank you.

I'm sorry, but we don't have phone support at the moment.

Going back to your issue, I just checked your report here https://www.jotform.com/tables/203165861446154/210355523442043 and I'm able to select and unselect the first two option.

Or are you referring to a different option? Would you mind sending us a screenshot?

I can see that you can select and unselect for this particular jotform. For some of my other forms though, I am unable to select and deselect. For example, for form titled: W-23: The Power of Language: Empowering Social Work to Become Leaders in Fostering Change and Influencing Word Choice

Under table rows, I am not able to select the first two boxes. This seems to be the case for almost all the forms under my “55th Meeting Surveys” grouping. See below.

It's because of the extra HTML codes in the row labels. You have to remove them in the form builder first.

Make sure that only the options are there, no other HTML elements.

    Thanks
