    Hello @dutaxnj,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

You can rest assured that all of your form data will only be accessible to you as the owner of the form. All forms have individual Table pages where the submissions will be saved. Only you as the owner of the forms will have access to the Tables pages.

Also, each of your forms will have a unique form URL that will be used to access and submit the form. Therefore, only those who have the URL will be able to fill out your forms.

Additionally, please note that JotFrom does not allow the gathering of certain private information such as Driver's License information, Social Security, or any other government-issued documents without following the proper security protocols. If you are planning to gather sensitive information such as this, you will need to do the following in your forms/account:

    1) Insert a Terms & Conditions widget or Short Scrollable Terms widget to your form with YOUR Terms of Use

    2) Insert any E-Signature widget/field into your form so your respondents can acknowledge that they are providing sensitive information

    3) Change the email address on your profile to one that shows your corporate domain
