Suspend account

    I’m not quite sure why my account was suspended. I do collect credit card information through Square and I do ask for Social Security numbers for the billing purpose. I run away tutorial service which requires this information. If this is a problem with the free account I don’t mind switching to a paid account, I think I actually might need to to qualify for the HIPPA policies.

    Your account was reactivated, however, the form was deleted, but it's still in the trash folder, please delete it from there, collecting social security number violates our terms of use, unless you:

    1. Add a Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    3. Otherwise, you must enable form encryption on your form if you need to gather critical personal information
