Some of the questions are not being printed out according to their position

The issue I am having is some of the questions are not being printed out according to their positioning in the list and I will give you an example
EVALUACION PSICOSOCIAL Formulario (PSYCHOSOCIAL EVALUATION Intake Form)
This is the name of one of my forms
The 1st item listed is
Nombre legal completo (Full legal name)
Problem is the question cannot be found where it is supposed to be, right there on the first column of the first page.
There a couple other items like this also

We do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with the print layout of your form.

I have tested printing your form on my end and I am not able to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. When I use the browser functions to print the filled form, I do see that the first field is the "Nombre Legal Completo" field. Here is a quick screenshot for reference:

Can you kindly let us know how you are printing the form so that we can try to replicate the issue?
