Destination Email

Hello! I have created a form that our managers can send to our IT department when needed. The "Send to IT" button at the bottom of the form needs to direct the form to a different email than mine, which is the Jotform account email.

How can I do that?

You will need a form field that will trigger the condition to send the email to your IT. After that, please add the email condition to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-how-to-send-email-based-on-users-answer

For example, do you want to send it to your IT (Yes or No) question? If yes, send the email to the IT email. If no, send an email to you.
