trouble loading video to application form urgent

My daughter is attempting to apply for a school via jotform and her video will not upload. The jotform will not accept the video. Loads forever and never ends, however a confirmation email was received and atttemoting to link to the supposedly uploaded video gives the above error. Is there a problem with this application process? She must have it submitted within two hours.

As per checking, the video file was uploaded successfully. The file size is 189MB. This explains why it took some time to upload it. The video file link from the email notification may not have worked because the form owner restricts other users from accessing the uploaded files on his form. However, I can confirm that the video file was successfully uploaded and attached to your daughter's submission.
