I'm having the same problem that has a lot of users trying to open or preview the form with the 404 not found error. There's most be something differ

I make some changes at the url and rename the domain from https://form.jotform.com/********** to http://jotform.com/********* and works, so there´s must be a problem on your site and the redirect clause.

pls ck or everybody change the link so your clients can fill up your forms.
