Why is my account still saying that I have gone over my upload limit?

    So I received an email today stating that I have gone over my upload limit of 100MB.

     

    So I decided to delete all unwanted forms, along with ALL submissions.

     

    Although, it is still saying that I am over my upload amount. Is this cached, and will change soon? Or is there something else I must do?

    Hello Jade,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have deleted several forms with submissions. But these deleted forms are still in your trash folder and that means the upload files are still there occupying your upload storage space. 

    Please select and delete (Purge) forms from your trash folder and that will free up your upload storage space.

    Hello Jade,

    Looks like the forms you have deleted was not having the uploaded files. Upon checking your account, I found that there are several forms which has uploaded files attached in submissions:

    These uploads are occupying your upload storage space. You need to delete the submissions which has the file attachment. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file.
