can't log in

    I am not able to log in. I have tried the forgot password option, but I never receive an email allowing me to reset my password. I am trying to publish my form and would hate to loose all the work i just did on it. please help.

    I checked from our backend, your email r_corinne89@yahoo.com is associated with Jotform account named ravenpayne and currently has no forms.

    This form https://www.jotform.com/build/210333694079155 is under a GUEST account guest_999b7995da409524 with no email address associated with that account.

    Could you please kindly provide us prove, we would gladly help transfer/move the form to your verified Jotform account.

    Could I just get the link to reset my password? I edited the form before I logged in and I can't remember my password. when i try the "forgot password" option, nothing happens.
