Hi,
I am doing a membership signup form that shows appropriate fields for four membership types. It works fine for me and most users -- most of the time. Occasionally, however -- notably for the client -- clicking on any membership type does not reveal any of the fields.
Is it possible that the users for whom the show fields doesn't work have slower internet connections or devices and the operation is timing out or something?
If so, is it possible to add time for the operation to work?
Is there a limit on how many fields and text can be reliably shown with a show fields condition, because I am using it on what, for me, is an unusually large amount.
As an alternative, would Jump to Page work more reliably?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
I've checked your form and the show/hide condition seems to be working fine as expected on my end. The fields are shown/hide based on the membership chosen.
The conditions should be working correctly once the form is fully loaded.

As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of conditions on your form.
As an alternative, would Jump to Page work more reliably?
You can also use the Skip to Page condition to redirect the user to a specific page based on his answer.
I have cleared your form cache, and hopefully, it can resolve the issue. If the issue persists, kindly let us know and provide us with the browser console log error so we can further check and investigate.
