Thank you Page shows blank

    Hi! I've been placing orders for some clients on my website form, but when I click submit, it just shows a blank page. The Thank you page is set up but I guess I'm missing something? The form address is https://form.jotform.com/62927750612155

    I cloned your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue.

    Kindly clear your browser's cache and check again. I have cleared your form's cache from our server as a precaution.

    If the issue still persists please let us know.

    The issue persists, not only on my end, but also on various customers computers. :(

    Hi there,

    May we know what browser was mostly used by your customer having the issue? Was the form embedded on a website when the issue occurred? If so, kindly share with us your website's URL.

    Does the thank you page literally just returns a white blank page? or there are just some missing portions from the thank page?

    Kindly try it with a different browser as well to see if that'll make any difference.
