Ken,
OK, let's reset. First, my apologies: I've been telling you bad info, right from my first message on this topic -- Every time that I said "Multiple choice" (= checkboxes) I should have said "Single choice" (= radio buttons). So sorry, I hope that did not waste a ton of your time.
Second, I've realized that a big part of tying to show you the issue is that my real form is long (72 fields), and complex: Conditional logic, some fields are Required, some not, and some have confusingly similar names. None of that relates to the core issue here, which is that on some platforms (PC, Mac, iPhone, Android) in some browsers (Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox), ALL Single Choice fields get skipped over if you simply tab through the form, top to bottom.
To demonstrate this, I created a simple form with just Short Text Boxes and Single Choice fields: https://form.jotform.com/210356692047052To first test and show that it works as expected some places, just try that form on a PC (any browser) or on a Mac in Chrome or Firefox. If you just start at F01 and hit Tab 10 times, I'm very sure it will run you sequentially though all 10 fields, ending in F10.
However, if you run the same test on a Mac in Safari, or on an iPhone, here's what I predict you'll see: Your cursor will ONLY land in the Short Text fields, F01, F02, F05, F07, F08 and F10, and will skip over all the Single Choice fields.
Could you give that a try and confirm that's what you see on your end?
(And just in case you missed this clue earlier, I'll repeat it here: When I tried building this same form in your competitor Wufoo's product, the exact same issue occurred on the exact same platforms. SO! For better or worse, it doesn't seem to be a JotForm bug, but. rather a glitch in the way some browsers handle tab order. Maybe that helps....)Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/210356692047052 -

Could you please follow this post and let us know if tabbing works for the Radio button in the Mac Os:
https://www.scottohara.me/blog/2014/10/03/link-tabbing-firefox-osx.html
1)Change the Keyboard preferences as shown:
2)Next, check the Safari browser preferences as shown:
I was able to correct it after I modified the settings:
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
