A student couldn't complete their form

    Hi,


    One of my students said the form wouldn't got through and I was wonder if its from my side?

    I am on bronze and was wondering if everything is monthly? So 100 payments, and form submissions etc. Ive just reached 100 payments so I'm wondering if I've run out of payments, or how does it work? Sorry very new to this. I did also send an email earlier to upgrade but I'm only a small business so I don't think I'll need the upgrade if its 100 payments per month, as i will only get payments at the start of each school term. Hope this makes sense!! Thanks for your time.

    I have checked the most recent form in your account and I see that the PayPal Business payment field on that form is set up correctly. May we ask that you provide us more details about the issue that one of your students has encountered, please? Also, may we ask that you give us more details about your form? Is the form embedded on a website? Or is the form being submitted only from its direct link? You can also tell us the web browser and/or device the student who encountered the issue was using so we may try to reproduce it on our end.
