Hello Jamil! Our apologies for the inconvenience. Right now you've consumed the upload space of 32.89MB. There are uploaded files on the following forms:

    1. https://www.jotform.com/201242838727457
    2. https://www.jotform.com/201723792057456
    3. https://www.jotform.com/202775080644456

I don't see an over-quota message on your account. Are you saying that the combined size of your files should not be 32.89MB?

Please note that at my end, I do see a false counter on your uploaded files but I need to confirm first from you about the exact problem. So, kindly elaborate.

Are you saying that your counter is always stuck on 32.89MB even if the uploaded files size is low?

    Awaiting your response.

    Thank you!

i didnt say that im over quota. im saying in many other support post. why havent Jotform settle the issue of users who have deleted all submissions but quota is not reduced after that.

Why havent this issue be settle yet. many other users are experiencing same thing over and over since 2016. Is it so hard to make the changes? Others are complaining thousand times but you guys still didnt solve yet for smooth and simple flow.

Delete data, memory cleared up. That easy

Hello Jamil! After submissions are deleted and even form cache is cleared (from account settings); JotForm still doesn't adjust/reduce the upload space.

I think it adjusts automatically after some time. But I've forwarded your concern to the Backend team as a feature request.

Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    Thank you!
