I cancelled my subscription 6 months ago and I keep getting billed.

    Please note that to stop billing, you need to cancel the subscription. I did check your account and found that you have an active bronze monthly subscription plan. As per your request, I have cancelled your bronze subscription plan and processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
