The new updates are not getting reflected in the notification email

    I updated my covid-19 salon content form but when I receive the filled out forms they are not showing the update. It shows the old question ( question 6) in my emails but the new question on the link. I just want to be sure the clients are filling out the updated form and not the old form. And how can I receive the updated version coming to my email?

    Please create a new notification email in your form to see the new changes are getting reflected in the email
