Multiple queries related to submissions

hello ,

i did try your forms with free plan 2 days and its going very good , then i bought a silver plan

and did 4 forms , then i got minor submissions , then i found that customers sent to us that the form does not open probably ,

if you have clarification here will be thankful ,

also , when i downloads submissions and need to download specific submissions only , i cant , and all submissions downloaded if also its in archived box ,

appreciate your quick response to continue using your service

As far as I can check your forms; there isn't any issue. These are loading fine at my end.

May I know how you're sharing these forms with your users?

Also, do you have any screenshot of the problem?
