None of the examples on this page work. They either point to 404 pages or they do not allow access to the shared reports because I am not authenticated to view those reports. I create forms on behalf of clients and I want to create access to the results of those surveys to those clients without me having to download and email.

    Hi,

I have checked your reports, the excel and CSV files seem to be downloadable but the HTML report that you created and isn't working.

I have tested creating a report within your account and it was working.

Could you try creating a new report and checking if it works?

If not could you please provide a screenshot of the error that appears?

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

    Looking forward to your reply.

It is not clear from your help pages whether a data from a jotform can be provided to someone who does not have an account.
As the examples on that page were returning 404 errors, that page did not clear this up.
I am assuming that anybody who wants to consume the data from a jotform must be a paying customer since I get “You’re not authorized” when I try to test this with a report I’ve made.
    Can you pleas confirm this?

    Hi,

You need to have an account, account's using the free plan are able to create reports as well.

You will face an error if you do not have an account.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I’m not asking about CREATING a report.
I have a jotform account. I can create accounts. I want to provide the RESULTS of those forms to my client. My client needs to view the data entered on the form. My client does not have a jotform account.
    Can I do this?

Sorry for the confusion. If you want your clients to see submissions and attachments from your form submissions page or reports, please disable these options in your account settings.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
