How May I download my Jotform survey form to my laptop and send that survey by email from my desktop?

To clarify, are you referring to the form itself? If so, there's no need to download it. Just login to your Jotform account on your desktop and you can share the form via email by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/303-how-to-send-a-form-via-email
