We apologize for inconvenience. If you like to have access to the submission images and signatures while not logged in to your account, you will need to allow it in your account privacy settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Uncheck the options "Require log-in..."
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

That is not the problem.
When my form is filled in with, for example, a signature and a photo taken via the form. There I do not receive anything graphic by mail. It is not included. i mail.

Can you please check also in the form tables https://www.jotform.com/tables/210335921320341
If the submission photos and signatures were in the form tables, it should also be in the default submission email.
I checked your form and I noted that you have modified the Notification Email template.
it could be possible that the Email Content template was broken so the form fields were no longer up to date.
I suggest resetting the Notification Email template by creating a new one to ensure the Email Content was updated with the form.
Be careful in customizing the Email Content to avoid broken fields that will result to disconnection to the form data.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

I have followed your advice and made new mail settings.
But it does not work on any mail platforms. No graphics will be included as expected.
Exactly the same problem as before.
I have downloaded other templates from you, which include a signature. they do not work either!

I tested a clone of your form and below is what the notification email looks like on Gmail.
Same thing in my Yahoo inbox.
Please understand that the signature field will not be visible in your email if you are not logged into your JotForm account since "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is checked in your account settings.
May we know we know which email client you are using?
