Best way to get and report multiple registrations on one form

I have created a form (https://www.jotform.com/build/210347743168154) and am not sure of the best way to gather multiple registrations on one form.

I would like it to calculate total amount due based on the number of registrations and also email each person a separate confirmation.

I also need to get the names, email and job titles of each registrant. I'm not sure of the best way to do that and you'll see I have various options on the form right now!

We also need each registrant to show up as their own line on a report because we upload a csv file to Canvas. They can't all show up in the same cell.

Regarding the PayPal integration - why does it require us to choose Product (or another option).

Is there someone who I could chat with briefly to help?

    Thanks!

    Bethany

    Hi Bethany,

We don't currently provide phone support, but are more than happy to help you here!

You can certainly accept multiple names and emails on a form, and send separate Auto Responder emails using Conditional Logic to send separate Auto Responders to separate emails; however, it is not currently possible to separate multiple entries within one submission to different rows within your Tables view. At this time, the only way to separate submissions is to receive multiple submissions.

However, you may be able to utilize a multi-step form like so:

Could you please take a look at the potential solution above and let us know if this would work for you?

For the PayPal integration, the My Products field is required (though you can select to Sell Subscriptions, or set up the "products" as services) as per our Terms of Use.

We look forward to your response.

    Hi Katherine,
Thanks for responding! I think I have figured out the best way to handle
    multiple registrations.
I do still have a question on our Credit Card/PayPal payment option. I
selected the User Defined option and then had the total amount to charge
pulling from another field that is a Form Calculate field.
I connected to our PayPal account and am currently trying to test it but
can't verify that it will work correctly. I am in sandbox right now but I
thought I could still test it to make sure it works.
When I tried to submit a preview, using the info JotFOrm allows to
automatically be entered in fields, I get this message:

What does this mean? How can I verify everything is working if we want to
take credit card and paypal payments?
