sync paypal for non profit org

    I am trying to create a form for non-profit organization . I am on the board for the group. We are a designated 501. When I sync our PayPal with Jotform, I get some questions that don't make sense. We are a non profit with a board. The treasurer changes every three years and her name is on the PayPal account along with our EIN and ITIN. Can you tell me more about why I am being asked these questions?

    Are you registered as a non-profit organization with your PayPal account? This looks as though it may be associated with the permissions in your PayPal account.

    Are you only experiencing this when you integrate with JotForm with your PayPal account?

    Yes. We are registered as non for profit.   Are these questions that PayPal is asking ? Or are they created by jot form?Thanks,Beth

    In this case, these are questions that PayPal is asking.

    I would reach out to PayPal's support team to ask them if there is a way that you can mitigate these questions through the integration. These questions may be a part of PayPal's processes for non-profit businesses if they have extra security measures.
