How do I change appointment availability based on the week?

I am setting up a form that I would like to use on a weekly basis. I don't want to create a new form each week, rather allow the form to reset the week on Sunday. Is that possible?

To my understanding, you want to update the availability of the appointment field based on the week. Yes, that is possible but you need to do this manually every week. We do not have an option at the moment to adjust the availability automatically or reset it.
