Encryption option not working

Hi - I just built a form and when I go to the settings and select "Yes" to enable encryption I get the first image, and when I enter my Jot password I get the second image. And there's no where to go from there. This is different than what is described here, which says that I should instead be offered a way to make an encryption key. Can you help me encrypt my form? Thanks!

Hello! To setup form encryption; you first need to provide your account's password; then the setup starts.

Q) Are you typing-in your JotForm account's password and still getting the error?

If yes, then make sure that you're entering the correct password. If it still doesn't work; then please reset your password and then try again.

Thank you, Patrick! I thought I was entering my Jot password, but I reset my password and now it works!
