what’s the problem? WHATS NOT WORKING ?

We have a deadline for submissions tomorrow midnight and expecting at least to submissions. Please help. K

I believe it is a user error and not a JotForm error. I’ve advised the 2 applicants to reread the forms and hope to hear back soon. I’ll reconnect with you if we want additional help!!

I would suggest reconnecting your form with your Square integration and let your form respondents fill the form again.

You can re-integrate the Square field on your form by following this quick guide below:

Also, if this is the form you're referring to: BECOME A MEMBER. You Belong Here., I can see that the submit button is placed on top of the Square field. Maybe the user clicked the SUBMIT button before adding details to the Square field below it?

To prevent that, I would recommend moving the button at the bottom of your form:

Could you please try re-integrating the said form with your Square account, instead? After that, perform a test submission and see if it makes any difference. Here's how:

1.) Click DISCONNECT

2.) Click CONNECT again and authenticate your Square log in

3.) Once it says 'CONNECTED', click CONTINUE at the bottom to save the connection

Please try that and let us know how it goes.
