    My Form is displaying incorrectly

Asked by digitalhighia on November 06, 2013 at 06:46 AM

HI, One of my forms "Sixth Form Application" is not displaying correctly.

I have 2 page breaks in the form, but part of the last page is being displayed at all times at the botoom of the form.

I have tried removimg and re-adding the page breaks but this does not resolve the issue.

Also the last page that is being displayed is not aligned the same as the other pages.

    Can you help, please.

    Regards

    Hi,

I've clone your form to investigate the issue and I was able to reproduce the issue. In order to fixed the issue, can you please merge your condition from

This would prevent any conflicts in your form's condition. You might like to take a look at this clone: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33093562338961

In addition to what my colleague has posted please create a separate thread in regards with your question of mis-alignment of the last page. Please click this link http://www.jotform.com/answers/answer.php. We can only answer one question or issue per thread to prevent confusion to better help you out in an organized way. Thank you
