Cannot see my submissions

    I am currently filling out an application that requires additional documents to be uploaded. However, when I click on them to view it leads me to an error page. I saw online that you should change the required login part in settings. I did this, but I am still getting the same error page. Will those viewing my application be able to see the files? I attached a screenshot of the page I get when I do this.

    To view uploaded files while you are not logged into your Jotform account, please disable (uncheck) "Require log-in to view uploaded files." from your account Settings.-

    Yes, I have done this and it still not letting me view my documents. Is this because the owner has not allowed me to do so? I also read that in another forum post.

    Hello! There is no form under your account. So, I assume that you're trying to fill someone else's form. The setting is not applicable on someone else's form.

    It seems that the form owner (whose form you're filling) has disallowed the files to be viewed by the other users.
