I recently edited the headers and questions in my form, but I can't see them being updated on the PDF itself

    Hi

    I recently edited the headers and questions in my form, but I can't see them being updated on the PDF itself. Check the attached pictures for more clarity.

    For instance, my form is now titled "Project Initiation Form", however I still see it called "Initiative Design Template" on my pdf viewer.

    Thank you for reaching out.


    As the Form is generated from an existing PDF, you would have to edit your PDF first and then upload it to see the changes reflected on it.
