Can you please tell me why the subject line on all JotForms I receive through email does not say JotForm
All submissions I recieve through JotForm have the following subject line: ?=?UTF8?B??=
I would like this fixed please, as it's been going on for sometime. My email adress is email@example.com

The Sender Name from your Form Notification settings is empty which probably caused this to happen.
To be able to change and fix that.
1. Go to Setup & Embed
2. Email Alerts
4. Receipient Settings
Then set the Sender name here.
Once you have configured that, click finish.
Then save your form. Test an actual submission and see if that would fix the issue you are having.
