I have downgrade the service, but why I didn't get any notification and the current service still the same?

Upon checking your account, I found that you have cancelled your subscription successfully. It is scheduled to be downgraded on 05th December, 2013. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
Have you not received an email when you downgraded your account?
