please help - issue with form / account suspended

    Your Jotform account was suspended since your form was collecting credit card information on plain form fields. This is phishing as per our Terms and our PCI compliance:


    We will need to delete these fields from the form and only then can we activate your account.

    Good morning, 

    Thank you for the email. How do I do that? That is strange I do not know how that happened because i am a new business with zero customers so im not sure who would have randomly entered their credit card information.

    I had a company create a form for me for my website but when i looked at it the form was not there. So i was under the impression the work was not complete yet.

    I do need to be able to collect credit card information for payment. What form in the future would i use and how do i delete this 1612598255_601e4befc8efa_0602_6.png

    Hi Lisa, thank you for reaching us.

    As you have no access to your account, we will need to ask permission from you to delete the offending fields. You will need to comply with our Term of Use too.

    If you would like to accept payment through your form, you may use one of our Payment Integration instead.

    Would you comply with our Term of Use and allow us to delete the offending fields?
